I did W6R1 on Sunday and really struggled. Having read some of the posts on here I realised I was going far too fast and I wasn’t getting my breathing right so I worked on that today and it was so much easier! If I continue like that I’m hoping the 25 minute run for W6R3 in a few days will be like a walk in the park! 🤣 It’s slower than I’d like but I can work on that once my stamina has improved I guess!

Well done! Sounds like you should have 25 minutes nailed 😁

hi there, you are doing great well done, like you have already said, slow and steady🐢 and drink plenty. As the running time increases I have found it harder but think this will get better when my stamina builds up but in meantime have slowed the pace 👍

So true! Run for thirty minutes in week 9 is required to graduate. Then work on stamina to get to 5K. Speed doesn’t come into it.
Don’t have to run fast!
Just have to run!
