W4R1 - feeling great

Was apprehensive about Wk4 as I wasn’t sure I could manage 5 minutes. Have heeded advice and looked at the Japanese slow running technique and realise I might have gone out a bit fast for the first three weeks. Feel really strong, not out of breath and really excited for R2!! Can’t believe I am up to this, thank you for all the online support 🤩

Nice that you are enjoying your running, just take all the runs slowly, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4
