Hi

I am on week 4 of couch to 5k and this week I have developed pain in the balls of my feet- my trainers are old so guessing they may not be helping? Any other ideas? Or advice in the best trainers?

Thanks in advance

I have had this in my left foot, but long before I started running, especially if I wear high heels. if I squeeze my foot together widthways across the widest part it stops. I make sure my running shoes are laced up well and I wear sports socks with good support and I haven't had it running

Get your gait analysed and invest in decent running shoes. The advise is if you plan to run past week 4 then really you need the right footwear.
