During the last 5mins of my 25min run I started to get a cramp across the middle of my foot off & on. I left my proper trainers at my caravan so won’t get them until the weekend so I wore my old trainers that did me well until recently. Could it be my trainers, it’s still cramping even after half an hour? Any suggestions how to ease?
