Continuity runs

So I've heard there are 6 continuity runs once you graduate on the app. I have graduated, does anyone know if these exist and if so, how do I access them? Thanks!

I think you mean the consolidation runs. These are 3 runs a week for 3 weeks, so 9 runs in total. And they are basically a repeat of W9R3. You can simply replay the recording of W9R3 for all of the runs, maybe switch up the PT (voice over). No one has mentioned that there is another part of the mobile app where you will see them, doesn't seem to be a consolidation section from what I can see.

Hope this helps x

Oh I see, I thought they were a secret run thing for graduates. No problem, thanks for your reply!

nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/c... . I think you're talking about this. But for the next few weeks just consolidate by running 30 minutes 3x per week 😊

There isn’t a secret place, just 3 weeks of 3 x 30 minute runs per week to build on your strength and stamina 😊

Buddy34 gave you the link to the only 3 I know about but I will consolidate with 3 times week 9 before trying these

I wouldn’t be too prescriptive about consolidation runs. Sure, continue to run for 30 minutes, but the point is to not be in a hurry to run faster or further. We often see posts from recent graduates who have tried to do too much too quickly and got hurt. Keep running for pleasure: you’ll know when it is time to start training for your next objective.

Thanks, it was more because I didn't want to say goodbye to the app! Of course I know I can just repeat a run, but I didn't want to miss out on anything. My next goal is set and it isn't unachievable, so hopefully will come out injury free!
