Way hey hey, I did it. Completed Week 9, run 3 today at Telford Park Run. And I graduated with determination and resilience. After Michael told me I’d done the 30 minutes I just kept thinking just a minute more and so I actually ended up jogging the whole 5k, including the finishing uphill, and did it in 36 minutes 🏃♀️🎉🏃♀️🎉🏃♀️😃
Thanks to all on this fantastic forum, it’s been the motivation I do t have when doing things on my own. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And now to keep it up, consolidation, C2 10K, I think so ✊🏻🤛🏻👌🤸🏻♂️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🎉🎉🎉

Congratulations. I kept running also and did 5k also but I felt it afterwards. A few days off to recover then back to building up strength and onwards and upwards. I need to do a park run but still don't feel confident enough!?!?
Thank you. Congratulations to you too. You should just do a parkrun. I started walking/jogging the parkrun’s NY Day but found once a week I wasn’t doing much jogging or improving lol. Hence I started C25K, 3xpw including the 3rd being parkrun on a Saturday and each week I would just walk the rest of the parkrun distance left when Michael said I’d finished. No one batted an eye lid, everyone shouted encouragement and I was never last, even if I took 40/41 minutes to finish. You can definitely do it if you’ve already kept jogging the whole 5k already on this challenge. You’ll feel great 👍🏼
