Just finished week 2

Due to working full time , often more hours that I should, kids, grandkids, elderly parents and trying to have a social life I’m only running twice a week usually a Wednesday evening and Saturday morning , does it matter? Or make a huge difference if I’m doing 2 a week

Twice a week is fine if that's what you can fit in and it works for you keep going 😊😊

Two runs a week are better than none, it’s difficult to fit everything in sometimes.

Keep going superwoman x

Moderation in all things. Little of what you fancy does you good.

There must be a really good reason why these sayings persist.

True Would be a reason.

Doing 2 or 3 runs a week is not important. DOING them at all is!

Just start SESSION3 when you can.

Best of luck, enjoy your running.

Hi there, no I don’t think it matters, that’s not a large gap at all between runs. I wish you the best in your journey xx

Not at all. I had a 2 weeks holiday oncer Easter, when I came back I picked up where I left off, I was also nervous, but it was fine and the faq blog post is really helpful if you are unsure of anything.
