Hi there. I’ve just finished Week 1 and I’m glowing. I’m running by the sea and listening to my own soundtrack and just really enjoying the experience. I’m doing yoga on the days off and yoga leg stretches after the runs which seems to work well. Never thought I’d start running in my early 60s!
