Hi there. I’ve just finished Week 1 and I’m glowing. I’m running by the sea and listening to my own soundtrack and just really enjoying the experience. I’m doing yoga on the days off and yoga leg stretches after the runs which seems to work well. Never thought I’d start running in my early 60s!

I'm over 60 too and started running again last week so am on same track as you! Week 2 starting today Monday 6 July! We can do this.

Hi TigerLou. Yes, we can! I had my run this morning. I can’t believe I’m going out running at 7.30am but I suspect it’s much easier this time of year, and then again it’s nice to run before it gets hot. Hope you enjoy your run.
