Just finished week 1. Had it downloaded and saved on my phone for about a month before I actually started, but I have now done it 3 times. On to week 2 I suppose!

Yay! Well done on getting off the couch. :-) You'll be amazed at how addictive this thing can be. you may even find yourself wanting to do a run on a rest day...

Yes, onto week 2, then 3, then before you know it you're in the habit of doing it. Starting is the hardest part. Keep going :)
