So, that's week 2 out of the door and off down the street.
After W2R2's slow start this run couldn't have been any different, unless I'm away working, I never use an alarm clock, my body wakes me at 6am now it's that used to it.
So, up at 6, eat an apple and drink a little water then get ready for the run.
As per week 1, each run has been increased slightly in the starting pace, only by one tenth of a k as that's what my treadmill works in.
Looking forward to week 3, can't wait to get to week 5 run 3.
Right, shower, breakfast and then mow the lawn I think.
