Well i have gone and done it, just back from my last run of week 9 the graduation run.
I started of in the blazing afternoon sun in the Derbyshire countryside so i took it real steady and the run went really well, so well i had enough in the bag to carry on and make the full 5k in a time of 32mins30secs.
I would like to thank all of my supporters on here, Michael Johnson for his guidence and help and also the plan that works.
So all around to mine for my graduation party.
