Week 9 Run 2 complete

Well 1 more run to go to graduation and that was good never had to slow down just steady pace all the way. Made sure I was well hydrated before I started and that makes a big difference to me when I run. Nearly there 😀👍

Brilliant. Nearly there! I'm very affected by hydration too and also need not to eat too close to running. I'm learning these things slowly through trial and error!

Thanks! the two things I have learnt during this is stay hydrated, and if it gets tough slow down, if it’s still tough slow down more but keep going to the end. Thanks for your support!
