You can’t beat an early morning run especially this time of year . Amazing sunrises and this week the full moon setting too !

Week 5 R3 is certainly not scary, it is amazing.

This might help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It sounds as if you are running on consecutive days. It is not advisable for new runners to do that until they have at least six months of regular running on their legs. When you run the impact creates microtears in your muscles which repair and strengthen on your rest days, not while running. No rest means no repair, no strengthening and so increased injury risk.

in the past i have run a lot, i am using coach - 5K to get me back into running so i don’t push myself too hard. i have had 4

months off, so yeah i run approx 4/5 times a week. but thankyou i will take a look x

You just ran 2 lots of 8 minutes!

Is this the same you that perhaps struggled to run 5 minutes in week 3? Just a fortnight ago!

You just ran half as much again.

The plan prepared you for that step, it has prepared you for the next one.

Go for it! ....and enjoy it!
