I finally stopped making excuses and started!

I joined this forum over a year ago and it's taken me until this week to start the C25K. I've only completed 2 of the 3 runs (No. 3 will be on Friday) but I feel really positive about it all. It was hard and I really doubted I could run for a full minute, let alone do that 8 times but I did! And I've just done it for the second time this week... Its not easy but it makes you feel great. I'm probably blowing my own trumpet a little prematurely but I feel so positive about doing run 3 and moving onto week 2.

I started eating more healthily two weeks ago and I have felt far more energetic and really think that has helped me to finally start this.

Sorry for the rambling post but I'm buzzing!

The hardest part sometimes is lacing up those shoes for the first time and deciding to do it. So you did the hardest part already !

I recently found this forum and can't say enough good things about it, so stick around and post about your runs, it all helps motivate everyone else
