Week 5 run 3 apprehension

New to running and amazed at the progress so far, never thought I could run 8 mins at a time. Slightly apprehensive about 30 min run on Friday but must trust that body conditioned enough for me to complete.

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5 of C25K, that 20 minutes run, not 30, is a milestone run with C25K, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, the program has prepared you for it, good luck.

You can definitely do it! 👍You’re right, you have been prepared for it. Keep it really slow so you actually enjoy it and erase any chance of peaking too soon. 😄 Look forward you hearing your blow by blow account! 👍🏃‍♀️🤩

You’ll be fab! You can definitely do this, you’ve got this far.

I would make sure to read the week 5 link Iannoda shared, it’s really helpful to alleviate that worry.

Good luck 😅
