Completed week 3 run 2 today. Still moving forward despite the intermittent pain due to kidney stones. Drinking gallons and needing the odd extra rest day but doing ok if I keep the pace slow.

Well done for keeping up with your running . I can sympathise with you as years ago I had severe pain in the right side of my back and after 7 visits to a+e I discovered I had 3 stones in my kidney . After 2 rounds of lithotripsy I had no more problems. Good luck 😊

Yes, long term problem for me. Very painful and keeps recurring so just have to live with it.

If you're drinking gallons you're probably getting your runs in just to the toilet and back :D

Well done for sticking with it through thick and thin

My best mate had kidney stones, not pleasant, I am sorry and hope you can get rid of them without intervention
