Finally graduated to week 3! I repeated both of the first weeks but decided today was the day. It was fine! I can run for three minutes...without bobbing up and down..I looked at my shadow to make sure. I'm so happy ๐Ÿ™‚

Just thought I'd share that ๐ŸŒˆ

Well done. I'm due to start w3r1 today too, well tomorrow now due to work load. I have found all the runs really hard so far. I'm quite nervous about w3

It can be tricky to fit it in sometimes. Hopefully it will all get easier! ๐Ÿ™‚

You can do it, youโ€™ve come so far already. And if not, just repeat the previous one, and then do this one. No big deal!

Hi there well done, you're doing it. Just repeated W3 twice now and added another 3 minutes running in the second week. This all seemed so daunting at the beginning but I believe this programme is about tailoring runs that we feel comfortable with, and moving on when we feel ready. Just having the motivation to get out there is satisfying. We can do this ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‹

Fab. Yes, it surprised me, I chose the straight mouth on 'how are you feeling about this run' but the smiley face after. Haha

Hi, Iโ€™ve just done first run of Week 3 and I felt the same. I was dreading it as the last two weeks were hard but I was amazed to find I could run for 3 minutes! Actually - almost - enjoyed it ๐Ÿ˜Š

Iโ€™ve just done run 1 of week 3 - so excited to run for 3 minutes- still canโ€™t imagine ever running for 30 minutes but Iโ€™m just going to keep plodding on. Sometimes I can only fit one or two runs in a week but still improving so itโ€™s very encouraging!
