Finally graduated to week 3! I repeated both of the first weeks but decided today was the day. It was fine! I can run for three minutes...without bobbing up and down..I looked at my shadow to make sure. I'm so happy ๐
Just thought I'd share that ๐

Well done. I'm due to start w3r1 today too, well tomorrow now due to work load. I have found all the runs really hard so far. I'm quite nervous about w3
Hi there well done, you're doing it. Just repeated W3 twice now and added another 3 minutes running in the second week. This all seemed so daunting at the beginning but I believe this programme is about tailoring runs that we feel comfortable with, and moving on when we feel ready. Just having the motivation to get out there is satisfying. We can do this ๐๐๐๐๐
Hi, Iโve just done first run of Week 3 and I felt the same. I was dreading it as the last two weeks were hard but I was amazed to find I could run for 3 minutes! Actually - almost - enjoyed it ๐
Iโve just done run 1 of week 3 - so excited to run for 3 minutes- still canโt imagine ever running for 30 minutes but Iโm just going to keep plodding on. Sometimes I can only fit one or two runs in a week but still improving so itโs very encouraging!
