I did run 2, week 3 today!! Don’t worry you’ll be fine! I was so anxious because I only just managed week 2! But the programme works - it wasn’t easy but I definitely felt more in control. Just keep it slow and you’ll smash it x
I was the same, ansoloutely dreaded it. Trust the programme, it really does work. Don't go too fast, snail jogging is the key, and yes a bit of music can help. Go for it!!!!

Don't worry - tie your shoes up - and start - if you have done week two you can do week three - it's not magic it's science. And when you have done week three you can do the next and so on until the podium....(it's science but also a kind of magic!)
If anything can get you through it will be the support on this forum! The only thing I would add is “Rythym” and form. Once you get your rythym the time goes really quickly, I’ll be testing it to the limit on Sunday W5R3 ✊👍
