I’ve just had an unwanted 9 days break due to a poorly child and was v worried about my first run back. I v nearly bottled it on my walk back from dropping her off at school.
Thankfully I tried! Id planned a new route which made it more interesting and I did 25 mins! Sooo chuffed.
I also road tested my flip belt water bottle - superb, didn’t know it was there throughout my run - it was great being able to grab it for a drink during my cool down walk back home.
Am now looking forward to my last wk7 run before tackling 28 mins, can’t wait 😊
