I’ve just had an unwanted 9 days break due to a poorly child and was v worried about my first run back. I v nearly bottled it on my walk back from dropping her off at school.
Thankfully I tried! Id planned a new route which made it more interesting and I did 25 mins! Sooo chuffed.
I also road tested my flip belt water bottle - superb, didn’t know it was there throughout my run - it was great being able to grab it for a drink during my cool down walk back home.
Am now looking forward to my last wk7 run before tackling 28 mins, can’t wait 😊

Brilliant, well done for pushing yourself to give it a go and how fantastic that you managed the full 25 minutes, no problem and are feeling full of enthusiasm for your next run! As for Week 8, you'll be amazed that those extra 3 minutes feel like nothing at all. ☺
