First post - I can't believe how much C25K has helped!

Hi everyone!

I've been hovering since I discovered this forum about a week ago, but now I've got the urge to post myself because I'm feeling so grateful for what the C25K programme has helped me to do.

When I started week 1, getting to the end of the 1 minute runs was a challenge, and after I finished W1R1 I felt like I was going to either faint or throw up. I wasn't exactly convinced that I could follow the programme properly.

But I've just come back from W5R3 and it was fine! After reading all the excellent advice here, I made myself go slowly so that I wouldn't tire too quickly, but then for the final 2 minutes I pushed myself to go faster up to the end, and I'm just so amazed that in 33 days I've come so far!

I'm sorry if this comes across badly, I completely appreciate that so many people have so many different experiences of the programme and some people find it more challenging than others.

I guess this is more a thanks to the community and the programme!
