Ps: I managed to somehow switch my phone of during the rest after the first run ... thought it was a long time for SarahM to go without speaking! 🤣 Missed out run 5 completely as 😶‍🌫️ but did majority of the other 6 runs!

At first I thought I would be repeating this run ... but I'm not sure now I've 'recovered'??? Advice as to what W1 R2 is like please?!

Could have done this without the support from this wonderful community. Thankyou 😀

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1, runs 2 and 3 of week 1 are exactly the same, 8/60 second runs separated by 7/90 second walking breaks, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, good luck for your running journey with C25K, if you wish you can report your progress on this forum

In my first attempt at week 1, I received a phone call from my sister during one of the walk intervals. The app paused its timer and I was similarly puzzled to not hear anything from the coach (Sarah Millican at that point) for a long time.
