I did it! I finally graduated, completing W9R3 on Monday evening.
It was my slowest run of the week but that's ok.
It's taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks to get to the end of the programme but that's ok.
I'm not running anywhere near 5k yet but that's ok too.
Because I am most definitely a runner now and it feels amazing!
Thank you all for the support along the way so far. I'll be sticking around as I move into consolidation runs and work on my pace and distance.
And sometimes, as I plan this evening, I'll just run for fun. I don't think I ever thought I'd hear myself saying that!
