Whoohoo! Congrats on a great achievement. Enjoy the next phase of your running journey - spend some time doing 30 minute runs and then when you're ready, you can decide if you want to go further or stay enjoying the 30 minute runs.

Thanks Kev, to be honest I'm glad I got this done today, there's a bug going around. I've been around ill people sneezing on me all week. If I don't get sick, I'll be amazed.

I think once you learn to enjoy it there is no stopping us. Im now progressing slowly to 10k now i have consolidated 5k for a few weeks....you carry on amazing yourself. I love the graduation badge too...looks great. Have fun consolidating and running for pleasure.
