Huge congratulations Karen! You have done so well. It is different running without the structure but also very freeing. I hope you continue to enjoy your running and don’t get the dip some have experienced. I have really enjoyed my runs. Just remember why you started in the first place and you will be good!πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡πŸ‘πŸ»πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ₯‡πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ₯‡πŸ‘πŸ»πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰

Well done Karen376, you certainly should be feeling amazing. Yes it's a mixed feeling, wonderful to have done it yet on the other hand the big question 'what now?' For now bask in the elation of having done it, then just go for it, run and enjoy. Lots of support here and lots of podcasts to support you as you get stronger, fitter and want to run further. Have fun 😎
