Good morning fellow runners hope you are all ok got to share my good news just finished couch to 5k and I feel amazing . So glad I started the plan its amazing . Well done Karen376, you certainly should be feeling amazing. Yes it's a mixed feeling, wonderful to have done it yet on the other hand the big question 'what now?'
