Wk9r1 done!

I’m amazed with myself and still can’t believe I’m able to run for 30 mins! I mapped the run starting from after the warm up walk, so I only managed running for 4.4k. I need to speed up for the next two runs.

Thank you, It feels amazing! I guess I just have it in my head that I need to get to 5k in 30mins before I can progress.

Just as Buddy says. Later! Now just enjoy having run for 30 minutes.

What next? Look for RealFoodieClub, Ju-Ju’s Magic 10. No it’s not a witch doctor convention. Seems to give the choice of either/or 10K or running for just a bit longer . I am certainly thinking of running for a bit longer. Enjoy your running. Slowly,

My husband and I just completed this run today too! It was an odd one. When the half way bell went, I lost momentum, struggled on to the point I would turn around and then blasted the last 3 minutes. Strange what your brain does eh?

I get that too, when Jo Wiley told me I’d been running for 5 mins I thought oh wow I’ve still got 25 mins to run, not sure if I can do it! The last 5 mins has a completely different effect!

Well done on your run!
