My advice wear a hat or in my case I kept my hood up until I’d done about 20mins and was starting to actually feel quite warm!
Pleased that Michael had a bit more to say for this run. Kept it very steady today, checking where my feet were going as light dusting of snow on the ground.
Amazing to be here - I would recommend posting your runs and regret not getting going until week 4. It really is very motivational to read back your own journey to see how far you’ve come, reminding yourself how 90 secs seemed such a long time! And of course all the excellent advice and encouragement - it makes you determined not to let the C25K community down 🙏

That was me too, yesterday on same run, hat, gloves and many layers but did finally warm up. Shame the weather is determined to challenge us for the final two runs up to graduation!
Are you on w9r2 tomorrow? We have a dusting of snow but I want to do it before we get our worst, due Thursday. Really don't want the weather getting in my way - can imagine graduating on Saturday running in snow boots!
Theoretically but it will depend on the weather - but work a long day on Thursday and wanted to do Parks Run on Saturday, I’m proper vexed! Watch this post! 😆
