Ok, it wasn’t easy and the first five minutes were pretty ropey, I’m sure it wasn’t pretty but I got there! 20 minutes running non stop on a beautiful morning and feel like I smashed it! I had a playlist with my favourite tunes prepared which definitely helped and I can officially say I love Laura 😊 Good luck to ever else out there. Haven’t felt this good in a long time! 🏃♀️💪

Congratulations on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. I bet you feel very happy about that run. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃
