Monday was Week 1 Day 1 and half way through had terrible palpitations and dizziness so much so, had to pause the app for 10 minutes and sit down. But, once they’d gone I completed the second half. Not ideal but chuffed I sort of completed it all the same.
Did a bit of research and realised I was dehydrated! This morning, 200mls of water 30 minutes before my run and it worked! No palpitations, no dizziness and no stopping! How chuffed am I!
