Monday was Week 1 Day 1 and half way through had terrible palpitations and dizziness so much so, had to pause the app for 10 minutes and sit down. But, once they’d gone I completed the second half. Not ideal but chuffed I sort of completed it all the same.
Did a bit of research and realised I was dehydrated! This morning, 200mls of water 30 minutes before my run and it worked! No palpitations, no dizziness and no stopping! How chuffed am I!

Im so happy too hear it was dehydration. Keep drinking lots but if it happens again and you have been keeping well hydrated, please, please, please go to your GP and request an ECG before carrying on.
