Today i was supposed to graduate

But since it has turned stinking hot here in Israel i am having to delay my W9R3 till Friday or Saturday when it is supposed to cool down a bit....i am well disappointed !!!

Not sure what part of Israel that your are in, but you are very wise on not running in the heat, just hope it cools down at the weekend for your graduation run, don't be too disappointed.

Does it cool down in the evening, is that a possibility? If not, I think you're wise to wait for cooler weather, don't want to get heat stroke!

It cools down in the evening but for example last night at 9pm it was still 27 degrees and where i run is dark,,,,,hoefully the weekend will bring 23 at 6pm

As a cold climate creature (I found today's 20° in Scotland a bit of a challenge), I feel your pain. Still, and all, it's kind of a nice problem to have...😃
