Just completed the dreaded 20 min run! However, I have messed up my runs! I think I have been mentally preparing myself so much for this run that I have missed out run 2 of week 5!!! I just pressed the wrong run!! I am so proud of myself though and can’t stop grinning!! What do I do now though? Do I just move onto week six? Seems a bit pointless going back to run two!
