Just completed the dreaded 20 min run! However, I have messed up my runs! I think I have been mentally preparing myself so much for this run that I have missed out run 2 of week 5!!! I just pressed the wrong run!! I am so proud of myself though and can’t stop grinning!! What do I do now though? Do I just move onto week six? Seems a bit pointless going back to run two!
Thanks to everyone’s support on this forum. It really does help. Must say I think my new runners are also helping!

Ha, I did not miss any runs but on week 3 I extended the two three minute runs to 3/3 minute runs 🏃, I would just go on to run 1of week 6, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs.
