Did my first park run this am, a circuit of the lakes in perfect weather. Six months late after a new year bout of illness sent me right back to square one. Happy chappy ☺.

Well done! I’ve only done 2 got the bug. Not today because Race for Life tomorrow though
Well done - Park Run is great isn’t it? Such a supportive atmosphere & good to run with others sometimes if you usually run alone. I’m with you on the new year illness. I was the same and am still trying to build back up to 5k. Scary how much form you can lose in just a few weeks - but then the body has taken a bit of a hit as well. Great to be back at it though.
