I’m a bit confused, new boy, I completed W1R1 an hour ago but I had to save my record under a new nickname. Anyway to recover this to my logged nickname?

Also is there a way to transfer the run data to my Fitbit app?

Hard to offer much help. Which app are you using? What version & what host OS and what version of the OS. The ‘official’ NHS One You Couch to 5K app does not support a nickname as far as I know. And it does not log any actual running data (steps, distance, gps coordinates etc) and so there is nothing to sync to FitBit.

Thanks . useful food for thought!

If you have a Fitbit tracker, it should automatically record the session. You can also start the tracking manually, the instructions depend on the device you have. If you have the Fitbit app without a tracker, you can add the exercise manually going to the exercise tile, then pressing the icon on the top-right corner and selecting the type of exercise and time spent.

Thanks. I was up to do W1R1 and unfortunately my Fitbit battery had to go on charge but I did the run and as you say I entered it manually on my FB dashboard.
