So last time I posted I said I was away to Nice after completing week 8. I drunk a LOT of rosé for 3 days solid. It was bloody great!
1 week today since my last run and I was feeling apprehensive to say the least. I’ve also still got the wheezy tight feeling and can’t get a deep breath that often. GP has said to up the use of my inhalers and I’ve an asthma review next week.
Anyway, as the title states, I DID IT! Wasn’t too bad either aside from the deep breathe thing. I def felt fit enough to do it. I did it slowly. 30 MINUTES 😀😀😀 long way off 5k but I don’t care.
