Hi

I have recently started the programme and just about to start week 2. I started last Thursday and felt so shattered and sore legs after he first one but after the next 2 days I it got much easier.

Ishould have started week 2 yesterday but decided to re do w1D3 to check I WIll was still okay is this normal.

I have a local park run which I have decide to try out tomorrow has anyone done this along side C25k

Was thinking of doing w2D1 and when it’s finished to jog/walk the rest not sure on my times as I’m not fast at all

Will I be too slow for the park run?

I have a tag along too in my 11 year old son who has joined me on the jogs and is enjoying it too
