How liberating it felt.! Thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to cover 4K in 25 minutes 😊 have signed up for Parkrun and going to do W7R3 on Saturday there, really looking forward to it 😊

Brilliant! Week 7 was my favourite and at that point I started to believe that I might get to the end! I see the graduation podium up ahead.... 
It’s a real change in mindset isn’t it..you go from ‘oh my goodness..I can’t do this’ to ‘wow..I’m doing this and can manage more’ 😊
