Who...knows...what tomorrow brings?

...asked Joe Cocker.

Well for me, it’s graduation day!

It’s taken 4 months to get there, had to repeat a few runs, had a bit of illness, challenges many on here have or will face.

Not posted much on here but read loads, particularly around week 4 when I struggled and week 6 too.

When I started off on W1 R1 I was confident I could do this.

When I hit low moments this confidence was gone and it was reading others who weren’t finding it a breeze that helped the most.

Thanks to the whole community for posting honest and encouraging posts - this place really works.

Thanks especially to my virtual running partner bananahead.

Best piece of advice I got?

An incomplete run is not a failure. It is a run you would never have done if you hadn’t done C25K

See some of you on the 5-10k boards soon!

Nice timing. Did the run at lunchtime today - it was where I did my very first W1 R1 for comparison

Graduation complete, whoopee! 😊

A bit like my W1 R1 in January it was rather cold, but I managed to do 5.2K rather than 1.6K

That's quite a difference! Well done and, in the words of the Spencer Davis Group, keep on running! 🏃
