So all you lovely C25Kers, a few name drops of late in various posts, have reminded me that it’s been a little while since I compiled the latest retro runners playlist.

I am now compiling the Retro Runners 90’s playlist on Spotify, - I’ve got 14 songs so far, but am looking for any 90s inspiration too. So my lovelies - any ideas welcome, although I draw the line at Celine Dion. Sorry, that’s just the way it is...

Oh whilst I would love to be - that is my birthday and I am in Alhambra then. But I am up for Portugese Custard Therapy after the 24th but before the 3rd as that is when we return to la Bella Italia.
