Physio said I could get back on treadmill after 2 months still recovering from thigh injury sustained in March....I decided to return to Week 6, physio had not heard of App 🤔he has now and thought Wk 6 might be a good return so off I went a couple of days ago and did Run 2 today. First run fine second run bit achy so reduced speed bit did it! But had to be treadmill for the time being which is far less interesting than outside but am determined to follow instructions!

Welcome back... the treadmill may be less interesting, but these physio’s really know what they’re doing. Happy running.

Treadmills have a bit more give under footfall and it's easier to keep a steady pace. Enjoy your jogette!
