I have been dreading this one! The jump from 8minutes continuous to 20 felt huge. Lots of support on here helped me to give it a go and 'trust the programme'. So pleased with myself for completing this. Exhausted now, but chuffed!

Congratulations Evol, you deserve to be chuffed, well done on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊 👍

Great job... that’s the huge milestone run done... remember to take time to celebrate that one. Slow and steady into week 6 intervals and you got this.
Good for you and well done! It is a great feeling to get W5R3 under your belt. 😊
