Done. He isn’t really finding this difficult. He’s going to be so fast once he’s used to doing 30mins, that I’m going to be left far behind. But for now, whilst longer distances are coming up, my pace is good for both of us.

That cloud looks ominous Baddie. Good to have a running buddie, it’s getting you out there regularly.
Nice contrast in the image Baddie 👍I'm sure you'll still be challenging him for a while yet 💪🐱👍
What a great photo 😊
Thank you. This was 10mins later…
Second photo not showing on my phone 🤔
Brill! Great photos! Did you both manage to finish the run before it started to pour! Looks actually quite refreshing! 👍🏽💪🏃🏽♀️🏃🏾
Glad the runs are working their magic. And wow, that picture is like a Van Gogh painting, just glorious 🥰
Running with another proves to be a huge incentive. There are always days when one or the the other feels de-motivated and the run buddy incentivises them. I started with a group of 6 local ladies last year and guided them all through completion of c25k. Some have continued and provided the motivation to continue running 3 times a week. I've progressed from a non running 61 year old, to a 63 year old, scheduled to run lead a group of ultra-marathon runners later this month. Without my run buddies I couldn't have contemplated reaching this position.
Well done! Great photo, fabulous lighting.
