2nd park run

Park run no 2 under my belt and I’ve shaved 1 min 15 secs off from last week. Stick at it guys.

Thats brilliant, well done. Living in France im missing out on parkruns...nearest here is hours away!

May have to book a very cheap flight to the uk and see what Im missing out on...They sound great fun!

Congratulations on that time difference from last week, 1 minute 15 seconds, that's in the wow factor, some people are happy at that gain in pace over 7 months, not 7 days, onwards and upwards to next week. 😊 🏃
