Had too much too drink last night and ate too much food (had a BBQ) and I still managed a new PB on my 2nd park run.

27.59 beating my last one by a tad over three minutes. I came 28 out of 42 and felt good for doing it.

Going for a nice bike ride tomorrow - have a good Sunday all. :-)

Wow! fantastic time, and hug amount to take off your PB! Well done! :-)

I had an awful run (walked a fair bit) at my Parkrun and was pleased (astonished!) I had exactly matched my PB! Will do better next time (fingers crossed!) :-)

Flipping Heck thats a fabulous time, you must be made up. Ive always had a theory that we perform so much better with a good hangover ( because thats normal for me!) ...well done :)
