For those of you who saw it, I posted my disappointment and frustration about not being able to do this on Monday. So...armed with loads of fab advice from you guys, I drank water, decreased my pace (from 7.3-6.9km/h, so a crawl) and I did it - yay!!!! I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to do it and was daunted by the prospect.
When Laura said those magic words, I have to admit to a few tears -bit embarrassing in the gym
So, onwards and upwards. The plan now is to continue with 25 mins, getting a bit faster/comfortable with it, starting to incline the treadmill and then onto Wk8. I really want my graduation run to be my local Parkrun, so that's my aim.
