So tonight I did it, my Graduation run, yeah...... I can't believe I'm actually writing those words. I need to say a huge thank you to everyone on the forum, for your encouragement and advice. Reading everyone's posts is so inspirational..... I'm running a 5K as part of the Bournemouth Marathon Festival, in 2 weeks, so will let you know how that goes. Thank you all again, keep running x
