10 weeks ago I had to do a bleep test for a trip I was going on with work. I was shocked at how unfit I was and decided to give this ago. AGAIN! Fast forward to now- not only did I survive mountain climbing and canoeing in Norway I also can run 30 mins non stop. It’s been a while since I’ve felt so proud of myself. I’m really buzzing!!

Anyway, enjoy the buzz.. and keep running, you've got a great thing going.

Well done you sounds like a cool adventure. I hated the bleep test at school, I always felt like it was designed to shame and punish me. I reckon at 40 I could now go for longer than I ever did as a teen thanks to c25k lol

I did think that I’d never have to do one ever again but alas no. It didn’t help that it was with a bunch of fit and healthy 14 year olds!

HATE the bleep test, but am starting to hate running much less with this programme. The gradual build-up of the walking and running and the regularity has really strengthened my legs and lungs. Did W6R3 tonight and kind of - gasp - enjoyed it! (The cooler temps really helped)
