Do you still run in the rain?

Hello everybody! I’m due to run week1 run3 today but the weather is appalling! I’m considering just doing it in the rain and was just wondering whether anybody does this? Probably a silly question but hey ho!

Well I’ve been out in the past and got caught in the rain if that counts! I have gone out in drizzle wearing a waterproof jacket and I have to take my glasses off partway through as can’t see out. I think strong winds are just as bad too!

It was raining when I went out this morning. If it was really stormy I probably wouldn’t but I don’t really mind a bit of rain.

What does one wear in the rain? Surely it would be too hot to wear a waterproof jacket?
