Hi All,

I just noticed this in the C25K app after 5 weeks (doh). Great to see the support everyone is giving.

I'm 48 and haven't done any real exercise for over 20 years so this app has been great to get me going again.

I'm in week 5 and run 3 is next up. 20 mins in one go, not sure I'm looking forward to that.

Anyway, that's my intro and good luck to everyone else on your way to 5k.

Just take it one step at a time. You will feel brilliant when you have done it

Oh, that marvellous moment when your coach says you’ve done it and can slow down ! Not ashamed to say I got very emotional 😭😂 Take it slow and steady, and savour the achievement !

W5R3 is still my favourite and proudest moment for a long time. You can do it, just keep doing what you've been doing 👍😁

Just take it slow and steady.

Did it on Monday and it was a great feeling at the end of it.

Enjoy!

Good luck with the 20 minute run. I felt I really turned a corner with that run and it gave me the confidence to keep going. I did my final graduation run this morning🎉
