I'm currently on week 4 run 3, but have skipped ahead to see what awaits me next week... Week 5 run 3 on the app says 5 mins warm up walk then 20 mins running! That can't be right surely? Week 6 run 1 goes back to 8 mins as the longest run... Help!

It’s right... and it’s the shortest workout of the week too! Add up all the brisk walking and running. Your body will feel little difference if any between running and brisk walk... the difference is between the ears. Slow and steady is the key to run 3... you can do it.
Thank you this is really useful. And I've stopped panicking now I'm going to concentrate on making sure my brisk walking is as brisk as it can be in the meantime though.
