Today I ran my last run with couch to 5k. I'm still not ready to go run a park run but I know I'm getting there.
I still get a niggle in my calf but it's near the end of the run but the beginning so I think I just need a bit more training.
Although I've now completed C25K I'm planning on running with Jo for another week. It's nice having someone trying you how long is left and encouraging you.
I would definitely recommend couch to 5k to anyone.
Still can't believe I can run for 30 without stopping or collapsing in a heap!
