My First Park Run

So since completing the C25K I’ve been trying to keep going and yesterday I completed my First Park Run. I was quite nervous, which might be why I haven’t tried it before.

It wasn’t my best run, I had to stop and walk for a while and it was really hot, but I completed it. However, it has inspired me to keep going and will continue next Saturday to better my result. If you haven’t done it, it’s a great FREE social event, and I recommend it to anyone. It’s not a race, it’s whatever you want it to be.

So glad you enjoyed parkrun Pearljamrob! It’s certainly addictive, and it’s definitely become my favourite run of the week. You might find your Saturday mornings will never be the same again. 😀

Enjoy your next one, and I highly recommend volunteering on occasion. Almost as much fun as running and you get to chat to some lovely people. 👍

Glad you enjoyed it too. My first was yesterday, great atmosphere. The warm weather certainly brought a clothing review too! Enjoy next one.

I did my 1st parkrun yesterday too after completing C25K. I was a little slower than I’d hoped at 37 mins.....but I did it!
